For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refers to NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE.

SCOPE, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE

  1. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE is a Health Care facilitator in India. All information provided herein is intended solely as a guide and given on the basis of reports or case history provided by client and the professional medical advice provided from Hospital professionals but not solely from NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE.
  2. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE acts as an online/offline marketplace for individuals seeking access to medical services (“Patients,” “Your” or “You”) and providers situated around the world, be they individual medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, (together the “providers”) who wish to provide medical services. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “medical services” relates to the medical service or services that the provider is legally permitted to provide to a patient.
  3. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE gathers information from various worldwide providers about their facilities and services. This information should assist you in making a decision on choosing your preferred provider by conducting your own research into such providers. If you choose a provider to supply medical services, then we will facilitate contact between you and said provider by passing on your information to the provider via the NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE.
  4. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE has used reasonable care and skill to compile the content on this website. However, neither NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE nor its medical providers make any warranty as to the accuracy of any information on the Site. Neither NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE nor any of the medical providers accept liability for any errors or omissions on the Site. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE gives no warranty in respect of the Site or its content and cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage or consequential loss.

  6. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE helps patients wanting to travel to India for treatment by facilitation in getting visa, travel assistance, co-ordination of medical opinions, etc.
  7. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE promotes the awareness about the services of HOSPITAL through various media including print and electronic or through their website.
  8. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE does not endorse, recommend, or approve any provider listed on the Site, nor is it an agent for medical providers. We are not medical professionals and will not discuss or advise on any issues relating to medical treatment with patients or providers.
  9. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE cannot control the information supplied by providers made available through NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE. We do not guarantee or endorse the authenticity, quality, safety or legitimacy of any provider or the services given or offered by said providers. The accuracy of any listings or provider data we may provide via the Site, or the ability of providers to complete a transaction, rests with them.
  10. If you choose a provider for medical services and indicate your decision to arrange a quotation with said provider via NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE then we will inform the provider of your choice. We shall arrange your appointment, OT bookings and post operation stay as per your requirement. However, the payment for the medical services is to be directly made to the provider of your choice.
  11. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE acts as a passive conduit for the online/offline distribution and publication of information submitted through the site.
  12. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE has no obligation to screen content or information in advance, and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by providers. Providers are solely responsible for the content and information provided to NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE, which is published on the site through our data entry forms or otherwise. We reserve the right to edit or remove providers’ content if we believe it is untrue or a liability for NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE.
  13. You acknowledge we may publish your reviews of providers or the medical services provided to you by providers either on the site or on associated or linked sites. You consent to the unrestricted publication of such reviews
  14. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE shall provide the medical opinion on behalf of best medical treatment from their data bank on the basis of primary medical report provided by patient.
  15. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE can also provide other facilities like travel, Local conveyance, stay on the request by the patient.
  16. Patient shall pay the total package fees of hospital to the hospital directly.
  17. Patient shall intimate to their treatment schedule to NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE within the marginal schedule with the token advance as per the hospital policies disclosed by NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE.
  18. The Patient shall be binding to reach for his/her treatment as per their disclosed schedule, if any change in their disclosed schedule then patient should intimate to NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE.
  19. This Agreement and the patient therein shall be governed by laws of India and all disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of Court in Mumbai city (India) only.
  20. Both parties understand and shall endeavor to make it clear to the patient and his/ her companion(s) shall abide by the terms listed in the consent forms of the hospital to be signed at the time of admission and any dispute or difference of any nature shall also be governed by laws of India only and be subject to jurisdiction of Court in Mumbai city (India) only.

 

NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE   shall not be liable for:

  1. Death of patient despite proper treatment.
  2. Improper response to treatment by the patient, which would entail sending him back to his hometown.
  3. Any complication that may arise during treatment resulting in death, permanent / temporary disablement of the patient for which proper care was taken by the Hospital (s) Doctors in the normal course.
  4. Any act or omission, which is one beyond the scope of this agreement.
  5. By using the medical services offered by NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE, you signify your acceptance to our terms and conditions, if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not sign these agreements of Terms & Conditions documents or you can skip this website and its service.
  6. You agree to indemnity and hold NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE, it’s directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonably attorney fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this agreement and / or any breach of your representation and warranties set forth above.
  7. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or during the trail. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort, general wellbeing and convenience.
  8. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country before commencing travel. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
  9. In case of changes in the rates quoted by hotel and airlines, NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE can change the rates quoted according to the modifications by hotels or airlines without any prior notice. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
  10. NEW HOPE NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  11. In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy sent to you with the itinerary and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to Indian banking procedures.
